We are currently accepting applications for MA and PhD admissions for Fall of 2018! Please see the brochure below for more details. Deadline to apply is December 20! Please check out this call for papers for an exciting Strode-sponsored conference in February, 2018! Very pleased to announce that the MLA panel I am chairing on "Precarious Bonds" sponsored by the LLC Shakespeare Forum has been selected for inclusion in this year's presidential theme, #States of Insecurity.
If you'll be in New York for MLA 2018, please plan to join us on Saturday, January 6 from 10:15-11:30AM in the Sugar Hill room of the Sheraton for a panel featuring presentations by Amanda Bailey, James Marino, and David Hershinow and a response by John Kerrigan. It should be a great session! The Strode Program would like to extend a warm welcome to our incoming class of graduate students. We are delighted to welcome Charles Bell (BA, Mississippi College), Theodore Nollert (BA, Rhodes College), Emma Leisentritt (BA, Emmanuel College), and Tera Pate (BA, Mississippi University for Women). All four will be joining our MA program this fall.
